We do not offer refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us connectwithus@subcenter.io, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Passwordless login is a feature that allows you to log in to your account without entering a password. Instead, you will receive a secure link via email that will log you in automatically.

Free users can add up to 5 subscriptions. Monthly users can add an unlimited number of subscriptions. Fair usage principle applies.

Family feature allows you to pair your account with your family members' accounts. You can see each other's subscriptions and optimize your expenses together.

We send reminders for upcoming renewals, trial expirations, and summaries of your all subscriptions. You can customize the timing and frequency of these reminders after you login in the settings.

We will send only three reminders to users with an active free PRO trial, covering the main use cases of SubCenter and the trial’s end date. After that, we won’t send any newsletters or promotional emails. The only emails you’ll receive are those you’ve chosen related to your subscriptions.

Yes. When you upload a bank statement, it is sent to OpenAI solely to detect recurring subscription charges. The file is deleted from our servers immediately after the text has been extracted — we do not store it. Only the list of detected subscriptions is saved to your account. We never sell or share your financial data with third parties.
